Damaged or wrong items. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, and we will make it right.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period. If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
